The organic growth we recorded in Q1 2025 follows two main paths. First, continued expansion in markets where we’ve historically had a presence. Second, entry into new regions—particularly South America—where we’ve focused our efforts since Q1 2024. This dual approach has allowed us to leverage the strength of our established partnerships while exploring promising opportunities in emerging markets. In regions where we have a legacy, growth is driven by deepening collaboration with our partners, aligning closely on retention strategies, and delivering an enhanced player experience through coordinated efforts with operators and game providers. This synergy translates into higher player engagement and increased revenues, as all parties are aligned towards sustainable growth. Essentially, the surge in Q1 reflects the successful combination of strategic geographic expansion, deep partnership collaboration, technological innovation, and an agile operational mindset—all underpinned by a team passionate about the future of the industry. 2. Brazil was a major step for Timeless Tech this quarter. What did it take to get there, and why was it such a priority?

Brazil has been—and continues to be—a major challenge, not just for us but for anyone in this industry. Our decision to operate in the country, now under a new regulatory framework, was guided by two key considerations: First, to ensure business continuity for our partners, with whom we began working over 18 months ago and who have since secured licenses. Second, we wanted to establish a presence in what is now the flagship LatAm market. Getting to this point required significant effort: from establishing a local legal entity to certifying our platform. The regulatory and especially fiscal landscape remains complex and difficult to navigate, presenting a major challenge across the entire value chain. Operators, in particular, are facing a tough balancing act: operational and financial costs have increased sharply, while marketing budgets remain essentially unchanged. Achieving sustainable growth in such a climate demands both resilience and adaptability.

 

3. How has your visibility in LATAM evolved, and what’s driving more interest in your services?

I’d almost turn this question over to industry insiders! From our side, we feel like we’re still at the beginning of our journey. What’s helped us gain traction is our decision to invest time and resources into understanding the region before launching operations. We attended events and workshops, built personal relationships that later turned into business partnerships, and tailored our solutions specifically for the LatAm market. We’re growing because we’ve created a genuine sense of teamwork with both partners and providers, and we’ve built a network of skilled professionals who know the gambling industry—not just the numbers, but the culture, habits, and nuances of each market. Our edge lies in being more than just a tech partner: we bring strategic marketing insight, a data-driven approach, and a high degree of flexibility. That combination, we believe, is the magic formula.

 

4. Why did you prioritize team expansion in Q1?

Team growth was a natural consequence of the business expansion we experienced. Maintaining high service standards and staying aligned with the fast-changing tech and regulatory landscape requires a strong, agile team. That’s why we’ve been evolving our internal structure, preparing to establish an operational presence in South America. Our goal is to remain ahead of the curve, both in terms of quality and innovation.

5. With LATAM as a focus, where are you looking to expand next?

For the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, our focus will remain firmly on LatAm. We want to consolidate our presence in the South American countries we’re already active in and lay the groundwork to launch in two additional markets. That said, we remain open to new opportunities—if, along the way, we identify markets with strong potential and shared ambitions with our business partners, we’ll be ready to rise to the occasion.

6. How do you choose which game providers to integrate?

Our content integration decisions are based on a combination of factors, including the breadth and quality of the portfolio, its relevance to target markets, technical integration efficiency, platform compatibility and feature support, reliability, security, partner reputation, regulatory compliance, and the quality of support offered. When combined with our tech stack and methodology, this approach translates into key benefits for our partners by offering a vast and diversified game library that appeals to a wide range of players as well as commercial advantages and lower costs thanks to aggregated volumes and streamlined processes.

 

7. What’s the vision behind the upcoming Client Area?

Operators and platforms today must manage an overwhelming amount of information to maintain operational efficiency. Without the right support, this becomes unsustainable. Our new Client Area is our response to this challenge. It’s designed with automation and AI tools at its core, providing our clients with intuitive, on-demand access to the data they need—quickly and reliably. Think of it as your personal assistant: supporting your marketing team, casino managers, and IT staff. It simplifies workflows, centralizes knowledge, and ensures you always have the right answer at your fingertips.

 

8. Any features or releases on the horizon you can tease?

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes… but we’re keeping most of it under wraps for now. Let’s just say we like to deliver first and talk later. So yes—we’re building. But we’re not spilling the details just yet.

 

9. What are your priorities for the rest of 2025?

Our focus for the second half of 2025 is twofold: on one hand, consolidating everything we’ve built so far—especially in South American markets where we’re already active—and on the other, structuring ourselves for the next stages of sustainable growth. Concretely, our priorities for the coming months include strengthening operations in key markets such as Brazil, Argentina, and Peru; launching in new Latin American markets we’ve already identified for the end of the year; continuing to invest in our technical infrastructure and support systems; and expanding our local teams by nurturing internal talent and creating new opportunities on the ground. But beyond strategy and operations, there’s one element we consider essential: the ability to build meaningful relationships. We’re growing because of the trust of our partners and because we’ve built a network of professionals—both internally and externally—who truly understand this industry, not just from a numbers perspective, but in terms of culture, behavior, and regional context.
